Role Objectives: As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the design aspects of corporate events and support the design needs of our HQ departments. You will report to the Design Manager and work closely with various internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the design elements of corporate events in collaboration with the project manager.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose creative concepts in response to client briefs.

• Design visual elements for events, including booth coverings, POS materials, backdrops, email campaigns, videos, photos, and animated GIFs.

• Ensure the quality of files before production (print and digital).

• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate them into your work.

• Take on non-event projects such as marketing materials, newsletters, social media posts, and website designs when time permits.

About you :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+3 minimum).

• At least 2 years of experience in a design team or as a freelancer.

• Strong creativity and innovation skills for B2C and B2B products and services.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Cinema 4D, and other relevant tools.

• Dynamic, organized, and autonomous with a strong commitment to innovation.

• Excellent listening and production skills.

• Native German speaker with fluent English; French is a plus.

Additional Information: Frequent travel to Germany is required.
