Thermal Transfer Ribbon (TTR) Business – One of the world's largest manufacturers of thermal transfer ribbons for barcode and sublimation printers. Based in Haarlem, Netherlands, our European division employs over 180 experts and produces key product lines, including TTR, photo, card materials, and holographic solutions for markets in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Russia.

Main Mission
The Country Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of all business units within tIberia Area, ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and strategic alignment with group objectives. This role includes full P&L responsibility of the country, team leadership, and the development of local market strategies across Service Business, Photo Distribution, and Thermal Transfer Ribbon activities.
Responsibilities and Activities
Strategic & Business Leadership
Develop and execute the country strategy across all business units.
Ensure profitability and sustainable growth of the local office.
Monitor and optimize financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Team & Operations Management
Lead and manage cross-functional teams (sales, operations, and other service).
Foster a high-performance culture and ensure team alignment with group business goals.
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of local staff closely with the HRBP.
Sales & Market Development
Drive sales performance and market penetration across all product lines.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Operational Excellence
Ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery across all activities.
Implement and monitor KPIs to track performance and customer satisfaction.
Guarantee compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Reporting & Communication
Provide regular reporting to the regional and group leadership.
Represent the company in external meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Profile Required
Education: Business, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: 8+ years in in business management, preferably in event services, photo distribution, or technology-driven sectors. Proven leadership in managing multi disciplinary teams and business units. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of business models and operational processes across sales, delivery, and support.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
Financial acumen: budget creation, forecasting, P&L management, and margin optimization.
Project management and strategic planning capabilities
Team leadership and performance management.
Understanding marketing technologies and event-based solutions.
Contract negotiation and vendor management.

Communication: articulate strategy, expectations, and feedback to teams, clients, and senior leadership.
Leadership: build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
