Team leader Customer Support Department (32-40 uur)
The CSD Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of the CSD team and their TTR, Photo and Card activities to provide high-quality customer support and improve the customer experience, within DNP's sales strategy and objectives. The CSD Team Leader identifies process improvements and implements solutions, sets the KPIs, identifies training needs, and organizes training to improve individual and team performance. The Team Leader ensures excellent cooperation with other departments of DNP, among other things to ensure the quick and smooth investigation and follow-up of customer complaints within the entire DNP organization and to ensure smooth cooperation between the CSD department and other departments. Finally, the Team Leader handles complex customer problems.

What knowledge is required?
- Minimum education level: HBO
- Fluent in Dutch, English (German or French is an advantage)
- Software kennis (Access, Excel, D365, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Good knowledge of DNP products
- Affinity with commercial support activities
- Affinity with administrative processes
