Main Mission
The Payroll & HR Administrator provides operational and administrative support to the International HR Business Partner, ensuring the smooth execution of payroll and HR processes across 6 European countries.
This role offers strong international exposure and plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, while contributing to HR digitalization, process structuring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities and Activities
Payroll Management (Multi-country)
Coordinate monthly payroll with external providers across all European entities (via ADP Celergo)
Collect, validate, and consolidate payroll inputs (absences, bonuses, overtime, variable compensation)
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of payroll data
Perform first-level checks of payroll outputs (payslips, reports, controls)
Support payroll audits and reporting
Maintain payroll documentation and ensure proper filing
HR Administration
Manage the full employee lifecycle:
Onboarding (contracts, registrations, documentation)
Contract changes (salary adjustments, amendments, promotions)
Offboarding processes
Ensure data accuracy in HR systems (HRIS, payroll tools)
Draft HR documents (contracts, certificates, official letters)
Monitor absences and leave management
Process Creation & Continuous Improvement
Support the implementation and optimisation of HR tools (e.g. Lucca)
Participate in the creation and implementation of standardised HR processes at European level
Document and optimise HR and payroll workflows
Contribute to HR projects (harmonisation, automation, efficiency improvements)
Identify process gaps and propose practical solutions
HRBP Support (Operational & Strategic)
Provide day-to-day support to the International HRBP
Prepare HR reports and dashboards (headcount, payroll, KPIs)

Profile Required
Education: HR or Management Business School or equivalent, bachelor’s degree in business or Master level preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years in payroll and/or HR administration, at an international level it’s a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of payroll processes and HR administration
Highly detail-oriented and accurate
Ability to handle multiple countries and priorities
Strong coordination and organisational skills
Comfortable with HR tools and digital environments
